KAMU SAUNA SESSIONS + EVENTS
We are so excited to be offering authentic Finnish sauna experiences in wild spaces and community-based places. Our wood-fired mobile sauna is popping up all over the East Kootenays. There are opportunities for both public and private sauna sessions. Here are some opportunities coming up!
Private Sauna SessionsNOW AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING. Book a 2-hour private sauna session for your group of up to 8-12 sauna bathers at either:
Private Sessions are nature-based experiences with basic changing room/rest area and all experiences include some form of cold plunge/contrast therapy. |

These sessions are hosted by a knowledgeable sauna guide who will teach you about the authentic methods of traditional sauna for maximum health and “feel good” benefits, will share teachings on tending the fires, and will generally take good care!
The cost of Private Group Sauna Sessions start at $220 per session in our Ta Ta Creek location. There are numerous time slots available! Reach out to us if you don't see your preferred time slot listed in our booking system.

Community Sauna SessionsWe will be announcing Community Sauna Sessions for Fall soon! Community Sauna Sessions are in Ta Ta Creek BC out at ILOMAA FOREST FARM and in a private, rural location close to town in Fernie BC.
Community Sauna Sessions are an incredible way to bookend your week and share in sauna culture with others. Guided by an experienced sauna host, Community Sauna Sessions are $35 per person for 2 hours. Limited spots available! Cold plunge will be available for those looking for hot/cold therapy sessions.
