CONSULTING + DESIGN SUPPORTFor projects that do not require full construction services, we provide consulting and drafting support for owner-builders, remote sites, and architectural teams. This includes layout planning, ventilation strategy, stove selection, and construction-ready drawings.

HOW OUR SAUNAS ARE BUILTOur purpose-built saunas are designed and managed between the Kootenays and beyond, and built in close collaboration with our long-time partner, TMBR Structures in Edmonton, Alberta.
Working within a dedicated shop environment allows for a higher level of quality control, consistency, and efficiency than most on-site builds. This approach often results in saunas that are more affordable, more durable, and more precisely constructed, without compromising performance or cultural integrity. Building in a controlled shop setting allows us to refine details, protect materials, and ensure each sauna meets our standards before it ever reaches its final site. From there, saunas are shipped across Canada, supporting residential, community, and hospitality projects in urban, rural, and remote locations alike. This design-led, shop-built approach is especially well suited to hotel and resort environments, where consistency, durability, and guest safety are critical. |

OUR APPROACHSauna is both personal and relational. We’ve been in hundreds of saunas, and our team + partners all know both the art and the science of what makes a sauna "work". For Finns, sauna isn’t something we learned later - it’s something we grew up with, and it shapes how we design, build, and advise.
