Join us for authentic Finnish sauna gatherings at ILOMAA FOREST FARM in Ta Ta Creek, BC - our home base for nature-based community wellness experiences.

Our Community Sauna Sessions are open, social gatherings - perfect for those who want to share the heat, meet new people, + experience the restorative rhythm of sauna, cold plunge, + rest. Each session is guided by an experienced sauna host who will walk you through traditional sauna practices, fire-tending, and the art of feeling truly good.

While there are no Fernie community sessions at the moment, you can book a one-night private rental or watch for special events announced through our social media pages and newsletter.

Book a 2-hour private sauna session for your group of up to 8 sauna bathers at ILOMAA FOREST FARM in Ta Ta Creek, BC - a peaceful, rural setting surrounded by forest and mountain views.

Rooted in practices of traditional Finnish nature bathing, each Private Session is a slow, sensory experience designed to help you reconnect with nature + yourself. Sessions include a cozy changing/rest area and a cold plunge or contrast therapy option to complete the restorative hot–cold cycle.
