KAMU SAUNA SESSIONS + EVENTS
We are so excited to be offering authentic Finnish sauna experiences in wild spaces and community-based places. Our wood-fired mobile sauna will be popping up all over the East Kootenays. There will be opportunities for both public and private sauna sessions. Here's some opportunities coming up!

September Community SessionsThe fall is around the corner and our Community Sauna Sessions are back. Come join us at Ilomaa Forest Farm in Ta Ta Creek. Community Sauna Sessions are an incredible way to bookend your day and share in sauna culture with others. These sessions, are shared with up to 6 other folks and facilitated and guided by Juho.
Community Sauna Sessions are $30 per person for 90 minutes. Limited spots available! Cold plunge will be available for those looking for hot/cold therapy sessions. Upcoming Community Sauna Session Dates:

October 22nd Private SessionsCOMING SOON! - Book a 2 hour private sauna session for your group of up to 8 sauna bathers in an outdoor space. Sauna features integrated changing room/rest area and all experiences include some form of cold plunge/contrast therapy. These sessions are hosted by a knowledgeable sauna guide who will teach you about the authentic methods of traditional sauna for maximum health and “feel good” benefits, will share teachings on tending the fires and will generally take good care! Private Group Sauna Sessions are $180 per group. Available to book very soon.
